We are proud to welcome Inderpal Singh — the home cook who captured a nation as MasterChef Singapore 2023 — as our new Head Chef. His arrival marks a new era of dining at sea, where the warmth of a heritage kitchen meets the elegance of Asia’s only luxury tall ship.
His love of cooking began at the age of five, in the kitchen of his local gurdwara, cooking alongside his father. It was there he learned the values that still define his food: generosity, harmony, and the joy of cooking for others. A second-generation Singaporean with roots in Amritsar, Punjab, he now brings that heritage onto the open deck.
